Q: What repairs are offered?

A: We specialize in iPhone Repair, iPad Repair, Android Repair, Tablet Repair, Apple Watch Repair, Game Console Repair, and Computer Repair. We fix and repair cracked screens, broken charging ports, cracked back glass, bad batteries that need to be replaced, cracked camera lens, busted or low volume speakers, water damaged devices, broken HDMI ports on game consoles, and more!

Q: How long do repairs take?

A: Our Phone Screen, Battery, Charging Port, Speaker, or Camera Repairs are typically done in under 60 minutes. All iPhone Back Glass Repairs are typically done in under 3 hours. We can fix most handheld devices same-day! Game Console Repairs, Apple Watch Repairs, Computer Repairs, iPad Repairs, Tablet Repairs, and Laptop Repairs are typically 24-72 hours.

Q: How much do you charge for an estimate or to take a look at my device?

A: All of our estimates are based on the fact that you will go through with a repair through us. We have a $65 diagnostic bench fee to take a look at your device as our time is valuable to both you and ourselves. If you decide to proceed through with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived. If you decide to hold off on the repair or come and pick your device up, the $65 diagnostic fee still applies. In the event that we cannot fix your device, you don’t owe us a dime!

Q: What kind of guarantee do you provide?

A: Each device is pre-tested upon check-in if possible and is post-tested before we complete the repair. If there is another issue with your device that we find, we will do out best to notify you in advance. On all devices that we sell as used, we offer a 1 year warranty on all devices sold. Devices that we have labeled as New will have the full manufacturers warranty still intact.

Q: What other services are offered?

A: In addition to the services listed above, we also specialize in microsoldering. We are able to save the data of water damaged devices, devices that no longer power on, or are in need of board level repair. Once we revive the device, we are able to make a back up of all of your contacts, pictures, videos, text messages, and more!
