Warranty Information

90 Day Performance Warranty is only valid on part(s) replaced during the original repair. Accidental damage such as cracked screens, liquid damage, broken or damaged LCD/OLED (lines through screen), or any other physical damage is not covered by our performance warranty under any circumstance. Any sign of the damages mentioned above will consider the warranty voided. Any issues outside of our 90 Day period will be voided.

No warranties are provided on on water damaged devices that we repair and No Refunds on any data recovery jobs.

The Smartphone Doctor, LLC does not guarantee that every device is repairable. The Smartphone Doctor, LLC is not responsible for any damage or data loss to a device before, during, or after any repair. Your devices are in the hands of the best technicians in Springfield, and we will handle each device with the upmost care and respect towards our customers.

All devices sold by The Smartphone Doctor, LLC have a 30 day warranty. The Smartphone Doctor, LLC completes a 21-point inspection before each device is sold and guarantees at the time of sale there are no issues with any device.

Any devices returned without a warrantable issue will incur a $35 restocking fee.

No refunds on any repair, accessory sold, board repair, or liquid damage repair of any kind. If there is a warrantable issue to be found on your device within 90 days and it does not have physical/liquid damage then The Smartphone Doctor, LLC will replace the part(s) originally used on the repair again. It is RARE but things can happen.

All abandoned devices left for repairs are recycled after 30 days from the original drop-off date.
