Warranty Information – The Smartphone Doctor

At The Smartphone Doctor in Springfield, MO, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and the parts we use. Every repair comes with a warranty for your peace of mind, ensuring that you leave our shop confident in the work we’ve done.

Screen Repair Warranty

• Premium OLED Screens (“Best” option): Covered by a lifetime functionality warranty. If the screen ever malfunctions due to part defects or our workmanship, we’ll replace it at no cost.
• Standard LCD Screens (“Good” option): Covered by a 30-day functionality warranty.

Please note: Warranty coverage applies only to the function of the part we replaced. Accidental damage, physical damage, or liquid damage are not covered.

Battery & Other Repairs

• All batteries and non-screen repairs (charging ports, speakers, buttons, etc.) are covered by a 1 year warranty against defects in parts and workmanship.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• New cracks, breaks, or damage caused by drops, pressure, or impacts
• Water or liquid exposure
• Tampering with the device after repair
• Issues unrelated to the original repair service
